This piece was published with the former Calgary StarMetro as apart of the Tainted Water project. This was a follow-up to the original story and I worked on it for four months as an investigative fellow with the Institute of Investigative Journalism.

Left in the Cold
This multimedia project explored the history of internment during WW1 in Canada and the subsequent erasing of it from history. It received second place at the Canadian Association of Journalist student excellence awards in 2019 and first place at the MRU research days.
